MNM Developments was started in late 2007 by Neal Mercer, resident of Blaketown. As the residential market grows in the Blaketown area, and with the development of the new Vale Inco site at Long Harbour, new businesses develop and existing businesses continue to expand. Neal's goal is to offer top quality residential and cottage lots.
With over 20 years of experience in the public sector and George Mercer and Sons, his landscaping and excavation company, it was only natural that Neal brought all those years of knowledge to a new level.
